Introducing Blue Ocean Strategy Consulting/Training Hybrid

Many of you have repeatedly asked us about how can Blue Ocean Strategy consulting services be made affordable for smaller businesses. We are happy to announce our Consulting/Training hybrid “Consultraining” that combines the best features of consulting and training to help smaller businesses create blue oceans of highly profitable growth. The program promises consulting results (formulating customized Blue Ocean Strategic Plan) at minimal training costs.

This is how it works

“Consultraining ” is based on Strategize Blue’s standard seven-step consulting process comprising of 4 workshop modules and 3 field-work modules. The 4 workshops are paced one month apart.
The program brings together groups of 4-6 individuals from 3-4 different companies from diverse non-competing industries. A minimum of 4 individuals must enroll from all participating companies.
Participants work as a team with their own group as they learn to apply Blue Ocean Strategy concepts, tools, frameworks and methodologies.
The consultant facilitates and guides each group to apply the Blue Ocean Strategy formulation process to their own particular case. Each group leaves with a set of assignments for field-work that are to be completed before the next workshop.
The consultant remains available for email and telephone support and guidance during the field-work period.

At the end of the four month period, each company/group has its own Blue Ocean Strategic plan that is ready to be rolled out and executed. The participants are also well trained to carry forth with the execution of the project.
