- Strategize Blue offers a smart solution for small business Consulting/Training hybrid. Designed to make Blue Ocean Strategy consulting more affordable for smaller businesses our Consultraining combines the best features of consulting and training to help smaller businesses create blue oceans of highly profitable growth. The program promises consulting results (formulating customized Blue Ocean Strategic Plan) at minimal training costs.
- Consultraing is based on our standard seven-step consulting process comprising of four workshop modules and three field-work modules. The program brings together groups of four to six individuals from three to four different companies from diverse non-competing industries. Participants work as a team with their own group as they learn to apply Blue Ocean Strategy concepts, tools, frameworks and methodologies. Senior Global Blue Ocean Strategy Network Member Dr. Zunaira Munir facilitates and guides each group to apply the Blue Ocean Strategy formulation process to their own particular case. Each group leaves with a set of assignments for field-work that are to be completed before the next workshop. At the end of the consultraining period each organization has its own Blue Ocean Strategic plan that is ready to be rolled out and executed.
