CalChamber of Commerce Consulting Engagement

The California Chamber of Commerce (CalChamber) is a not-for-profit and is California’s largest broad-based business advocate to the government. The Chamber’s membership represents one-quarter of the private sector jobs in California and includes firms of all sizes and companies from every industry within the state. Totaling more than 16,000 members CalChamber provides products and services to assist businesses comply with federal and state law, promotes international trade and investment in order to stimulate California’s economy and creates jobs.

Strategize Blue, headed by founder and managing director Dr. Zunaira Munir, provided its consulting services to The California Chamber of Commerce in their efforts to serve as an advocate and resource for California employers and to engage in other activities to enhance the California economy. The consulting engagement helped participants with the understanding of the strategic logic that allows companies to break out of bloody competition and make the competition irrelevant, focus on moving from thought to action in formulating and executing blue oceans that enabled participants to take their first steps towards creating their own blue oceans. Dr. Munir has played a pivotal role in the formulation and execution of their new Blue Ocean strategies.
