HOW CONSULTRAINING WORKS

  • Based on Strategize Blue’s standard seven-step consulting process comprising of 4 workshop modules and 3 field-work modules. The 4 workshops are paced one month apart.
  • Brings together 3-4 groups of individuals from non-competing companies. A minimum of 4 individuals must enroll from all participating companies.
  • Participants work as a team with their own group as they learn to apply Blue Ocean Strategy concepts, tools, frameworks and methodologies to their own particular case. Each group leaves with a set of assignments for field-work that are to be completed before the next workshop.
  • The consultant remains available for email and telephone support during the field-work period, if needed.
  • At the end of the four month period, each group will have its own Blue Ocean Strategic plan that is ready to be rolled out and executed.
  • In the process, the participants get well trained to carry forth with the execution of the Blue Ocean Strategy formulated
