- On February 24 and March 28, 2011 Dr. Zunaira Munir conducted a series of Blue Ocean Strategy Strategic Planning Workshops in Chicago. The workshops introduced participants to the systematic methodology and strategic logic of creating blue oceans. Participants were challenged to shift their focus from productivity to creativity management. Dr. Munir introduced the Blue Ocean Strategy tools and frameworks shifting from thought to action in Blue Ocean Strategy Formulation. The workshop was concluded with The Leadership Challenge focusing on Blue Ocean Strategy execution and the keys to overcoming organization hurdles.
