- In April 2011 Strategize Blue conducted a Blue Ocean Strategy 1-Day Workshop for Greif executives and senior managers to help get them started on creating Blue Oceans of profitable growth. The program consisted of situational exercises, real Blue Ocean Strategy case-studies and interactive group exercises to ensure the participants not only grasped the Blue Ocean Strategy theory but also helped participants learn to apply it practically. The session lead by Senior Global Blue Ocean Strategy Network Member Dr. Zunaira Munir helped Grief members shift their focus from productivity management to creativity management for achieving sustainable profitable growth for the future.
