For clients who want to engage their executives in hands-on experience in evaluating their strategy or getting started in creating their own blue ocean, Strategize Blue offers half or full day hands-on Blue Ocean Strategy seminars. A half-day seminar consists of two sessions based on a combination of presentation ( with audio/video content) and interactive discussion with the participants. The first session introduces the strategic logic behind Blue Ocean Strategy with examples of real success stories in industries relevant to the audience. The second session inspires the move from ‘Thought to Action” to get the participants practically started on creating Blue Oceans of their own. The participants learn how to systematically apply the BOS tools and frameworks to their specific industry and problem.

Customized Workshop

For clients ready to embark upon applying Blue Ocean Strategy to break out of competition, on-site Blue Ocean Strategy workshops are conducted. A customized workshop requires specific prior preparation by the facilitator to understand the client’s industry and problem. In addition to the first two sessions described above, client’s specific problem is taken as a case to systematically apply BOS strategy methodology ending with tangible next steps to move forward with.
