Our one-on-one blue ocean coaching program is specifically designed for entrepreneurs and small business owners aspiring to create blue oceans of profitable growth. As your personal blue ocean coach, we will walk by your side as you embark on your blue ocean journey. We will guide you through the systematic process of creating blue oceans - from analyzing your strategic landscape, to identifying blue ocean opportunities, to formulating a commercially viable business model, all the way to implementing your strategy. You will develop your blue ocean strategic mindset along the way as well. Typical engagements involve bi-weekly in-person or virtual meetings that involve blue ocean exercises.
